Abstract The agriculture of Northeast China (NE China) does not only take the important position in the whole nation, but also plays the solid roles in sustainable development of economy and society of NE China. The agriculture of NE China is the basis of safe run of Chinese economy. Being the important agriculture-livestock husbandry base, especially the important commodity grain base of nation, In the recent year the basic role has been strengthened, the modern agriculture has been developed powerfully, the agricultural Industrialization management has been pushed forward, the income of peasants has been raised and the economy in rural has been developed greatly. The development pattern, which the leading enterprises has been supported, the bases has been constructed and the peasant households has been brought along, has been already set up. There are a series of advantageous conditions to develop agricultural industrialization in North-East China, for which the author analyzed the great achievements gained in the course of developing agricultural Industrialization. In the certain farming areas the agricultural Industrialization bases and the buyer-seller communication has been strengthened and the mechanisms of operation and management of agricultural Industrialization has been sought. Meanwhile, there are a lot problems existing in the development of agricultural Industrialization of NE China. For the reasons mentioned above, the author put forward development ways and regional development modes to develop agricultural industrialization of North-East according to The Theory of Labor Region Division, the advantageous conditions Industries base, the position and role of agriculture of North-East China.
